Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (4-6 business days) – Free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 will incur a flat fee of $7.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – $12 flat fee.
- Next-Day Shipping (1 business day) – $22 flat fee.
International Shipping
We ship globally to most countries. Rates and delivery times are determined based on the destination:
- Standard International Shipping (10-15 business days) – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and location.
- Priority International Shipping (5-8 business days) – Available at a higher rate, calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. This email will include a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Delays
We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or carrier issues. In such cases, Dazz cannot be held responsible, but we will do everything we can to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim. While Dazz is not liable for packages once delivered, we will assist you as much as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you need to update or correct your shipping address after placing an order, please email us at [email protected] immediately. We can make changes as long as the order has not yet shipped.
Free Shipping Offers
Occasionally, Dazz may offer free shipping promotions for domestic orders. These offers are only available for standard shipping and cannot be applied to expedited or international shipping methods.
